Web100 · Pay what you want

I'll build your website — for free. You pay what it's worth to you.

Small, honest websites for shoemakers, cafés, dance studios, hotels. I build them free. If you like it, you pay what you think is fair — a donation, not an invoice.

Today: Just started. The first site always takes longest.

What you get — and what you don't

Included (free)

  • A simple, mobile-friendly website — landing page with up to 5 sections
  • Connect your own domain (you own it) or set up a subdomain
  • Google Business Profile link, contact button, WhatsApp or phone
  • Image and text setup from your input (you provide the raw material)
  • Live within 7 days once I start with your content
  • A public YouTube audit of your current site (if you want it)

Not included (being honest)

  • Copywriting from scratch — send me your text, I'll shape it
  • Logo design or new branding
  • E-commerce, checkout, booking systems, member areas
  • SEO work beyond basic metadata
  • Monthly support — you get the result, not the contract

Want more? Say so. We'll scope a bigger project separately — but the offer above stays free, with a donation of your choice.

Public audits

Every week I walk through real websites live on YouTube. Shoemakers, hotels, cafés. What works, what doesn't, what I'd do differently.

First audits coming soon

The moment the first video is live, it shows up here. Until then: subscribe on YouTube so you don't miss it.

Why free?

I find my people by building out loud. You get a real website with no risk; I get real projects, references, and clients who speak the same language. If it's worth something to you, pay what you think is fair.

Frequently asked

Really free? What's the catch?
No catch, but a clear scope. You get a simple, honest website — no shop, no wild extensions, no giant scope. I can only do this because I'm building many similar sites in parallel and reusing templates. If you like it, you pay what you think is fair. Want more? We scope a bigger project separately.
So how much should I pay?
Whatever you want — even nothing is fine. Pay what you want means you decide what the website is worth to you. Some pay the price of a dinner, some more, some donate later once the site brings them clients. No pressure.
How long does it really take?
7 days from the moment I have your material (text, images, logo, contact). If you still have to gather your material, it takes longer. That's almost always the bottleneck — not my code.
What if I don't like the result?
One round of feedback is included — you say what's off, I adjust. If you still don't like it in the end, you simply pay nothing. Nobody wants a website they don't like.
Why do this publicly with YouTube audits?
Because I find my people by thinking out loud. The audits let you see how I work before we start. And they help me find clients who speak the same language.
Can I keep building on the site myself later?
Yes. You get the code, the domain is in your name, no lock-ins. Keep going on your own if you want. If you want maintenance, we talk about a separate monthly subscription.
