Montuno Club

Montuno Club is a community-driven Salsa Cubana class for beginners in Munich. Weekly sessions run at Buena Vista Bar — free donation-based beginner classes, casino courses, and social dancing — built on the belief that dance should be accessible to everyone regardless of budget, language, or experience level. Beyond the classes it's a movement: bringing the biggest Rueda de Casino to Munich, plus flash mobs and weekly Cuban parties.

Problem: Learning to dance salsa is intimidating and expensive. Traditional studios push partner sign-ups, pricey course packages, and long-term commitment — leaving absolute beginners, and especially Munich's international, non-German-speaking crowd, without a low-pressure, budget-free way to start.

Solution: A free, donation-based, drop-in Salsa Cubana class in a bar, not a studio. One move per week, partner rotation so no partner is needed, English-friendly, and focused on absolute beginners. Rueda de Casino events and weekly socials then turn learners into a genuine community. Just show up and dance.
